Shelly Morgan serves as Chief of Staff at Healthcare Highways, bringing 15 years of executive administrative experience, along with a passion for driving organizational excellence and efficiency. Shelly works closely with CEO Michael Wilson and the executive team to streamline and organize strategic decision making, ensuring completion of key initiatives, and driving communication to and for the executive team. Shelly manages and mentors the administrative team and oversees culture and communications throughout the multiple offices.
Shelly began her career in marketing, brand management, and creative design before entering the healthcare industry as an Executive Assistant where she quickly rose through the ranks of executives, while adding project management and administrative management to her expertise. She joined Healthcare Highways as the Executive Assistant to Michael Wilson in July 2017 and has remained dedicated to leveraging her adaptability and leadership acumen to drive sustainable alignment and growth throughout the organization.
