Dr. Peter Brawer is the executive vice president, chief strategy officer of hospital system partnerships for Healthcare Highways. Dr. Brawer is an architect of our national expansion efforts, and health system joint venture partnerships in markets nationwide at Healthcare Highways.
Formerly senior vice president of population health at Aon, Dr. Brawer was a key resource for over 200 Account Executives, influencing 250 healthcare clients nationally and globally. His impactful leadership extends to roles such as vice president of clinical quality and patient safety at Mercy St Louis and system vice president, population health at SSM Health St Louis. Dr. Brawer has also contributed as associate chief of staff for the St Louis Veterans Health System and held academic appointments at the Warren Alpert (Brown University) School of Medicine and Washington University’s School of Medicine.
Dr. Brawer holds a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from St. Louis University, a master’s in clinical psychology from Loyola University Maryland, and a bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Scranton. His training includes residency at Geisinger Medical Center and a Fellowship in Pain Management at The University of Virginia.
