With a background encompassing payor, consulting, and stop-loss expertise, Chris gained valuable experience through his roles with one of the oldest independent third-party administrators (TPA), and as a co-founder of a captive insurance agency distributing both fully insured and self-funded products. This success paved the way for the establishment of CJW Associates, LLC, a brokerage firm later acquired by Arthur J. Gallagher Co, the parent company of Gallagher Benefit Services.
With 30 plus years of experience in healthcare benefits, Chris' journey also includes contributing to the success of various startup benefits companies, providing him with invaluable insights into the challenges associated with running a profitable and thriving business.
