Bliss Brazil is chief financial officer for Healthcare Highways, with over 15 years of experience in financial management and corporate strategy in the insurance and healthcare sectors. Bliss is responsible for overseeing the financial functions of the enterprise, including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance, and investor relations. Additionally, Bliss is responsible for managing all mergers and acquisitions.
Bliss began her career with Healthcare Highways as vice president of finance for Century Healthcare, a subsidiary of Healthcare Highways prior to its sale to Fringe Benefit Group in 2019. Prior to joining Healthcare Highways Bliss spent four years in leadership roles at numerous start-up companies within the health insurance and oil and gas industries. Bliss was executive vice president of Lone Star TPA, a third-party administrator and of Lone Star Rx, a pharmacy benefit manager. Bliss also held a position as president of a medical bill audit company before joining the Healthcare Highways enterprise.
Bliss holds a bachelor's degree in economics and business from the University of Texas at Austin and is licensed in Group 1 (Life, Health & Accident), Property & Casualty, and Surplus Lines.
